If online shopping, or leaving a message for us is not for you, then call us either in the times above or on Saturday; 9am - 9pm when you will be able to speak with a 'real' person should you wish!

You may have noticed that the phone is not always manned. This is because we are now mainly internet based. This was a hard decision but one which I hope will mean that you can still speak to me personally. Instead, if you need to speak with me, then please call the new number 01757 618686 and if I cannot answer, please leave your contact details and I will call you back within 24 hours.
Of course online ordering is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

POSTAGE & PACKING
Charge for the inevitable postage and packaging of your order is £6.50 per order. If part of your order is ever out of stock, and we despatch items separately, you will only be charged £6.50 the one time only.

Charges are capped at £6.50 for deliveries within England, Wales & Scotland, however deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Highlands & Islands of Scotland will incur a surcharge of £6.99.

Deliveries to the rest of the world vary depending on weight and country of destination. We will endeavour to find the best value way of getting your order to you but will always quote you a price prior to confirming any order with you or charging any monies.

DELIVERY
Your parcel will either be sent using Royal Mail or Parcelforce Worldwide. International delivery services may vary.
In any case, it is likely you will need to be at home to sign for your parcel. If you want confirmation of this, please call us.

We aim to deliver your purchase within 14 days of receipt of your order. This is subject to availability, however if there are any delays we will advise you immediately.

If your order is urgent then please let us know and we will do our best to speed things up for you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you find that the item is not for you then please contact us immediately and we can advise you what to do.
If the item is to be exchanged, then enter all the details of your new requirements on the enclosed returns form (you will find this at the back of your delivery note).
It is your responsibility for the cost of the return and any exchanges.
However, if your order is faulty or damaged on delivery, then of course a full refund will be made. For this, you must call us immediately upon delivery to allow us to make a claim with our delivery service. You must in this instance contact us within 24 hours of delivery and keep all packaging for inspection.
